New Year's Eggs Recipe
I don't really have a name for this quick breakfast, but I made them close to New Year's so that's the logic.
Please let me know if you give it a try! Ingredients: - 2 large, grade A brown eggs- a few slices of Kumato brown tomato
- chunks of baked store-bought cheese bread
- balsamic vinegar
- Creole seasoning (I used Tony Chachere's Original)
- oregano, salt, & pepper
- butter Instructions: 1) Heat a tablespoon of butter in a small frying pan. 2) Cook eggs sunny side up, sprinkling Creole seasoning, oregano, salt & pepper to taste over medium-high heat. 3) While eggs are cooking, lightly toast cheese bread chunks in a toaster oven. 4) Spray Kumato slices with balsamic before placing on serving plate. 5) Lay seasoned eggs and toasted bread chunks out on serving plate. Enjoy!
